The National Construction Industry Council of Malawi (NCIC) was established by Act of Parliament (Cap 53:05 of the Laws of Malawi), with the mandate of Regulation, Promotion and Development of the Construction Industry in Malawi. Amongst its many functions, the Council is mandated to build capacity through training of persons engaged in and promote research in the Construction Industry in Malawi.

National Construction Industry Council intends to apply part of its approved Budget towards the Procurement of the Training Impact Assessment Consultant. The Council therefore invites bids from eligible Consultants for the Consultancy exercise.

Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non- refundable fee of MK 5,000.00 payable in cash or through bank certified cheque.

The Bids shall be deposited in the tender box at NCIC Reception, along M1 Road, Opposite Pakeeza Building, Lilongwe, not later than 09:00 hours 14th June 2018.

 The council is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
