TRAINING PROGRAMMES IN PRINCE 2 PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The National Construction Industry Council (NCIC) was created by an Act of Parliament Chapter 53:05 of the Laws of Malawi in 1996 and its mandate is to promote, regulate and develop the Malawi construction industry.

The National Construction Industry Council fulfills this mandate through amongst other interventions capacity building of its stakeholders. The Council, through its Training & Research Department conducts training programmes for the individuals/professionals/organizations in the construction sector.

The National Construction Industry Council invites both practicing and aspiring Project Managers to an internationally recognized Certification Training Programme in Prince 2 Project Management (Foundation and Practitioner) to be held as follows:

Venue: Sunbird Nkopola Lodge Dates:  26th – 30th April 2021

Fees: MK1,400,000.00  – Payment made by 10th April 2021

The training will cover the following areas:

  1. Course Outline for Prince 2 (Foundation Level)

This three-day course covers the PRINCE2 Foundation syllabus, including the following topics: Structured Approach to Managing Projects, The Process-based Approach, Business Case, Organisation, Plans, Progress, Change, Quality, Risk and Practical Work.

2. Course Outline for Prince-2 (Practitioner Level)

This two-day course covers the PRINCE2 Practitioner syllabus, including the following topics: Structured Approach to Managing Projects, The Process-based Approach, Business Case, Organisation, Plans, Progress, Change, Quality, Risk and Practical Work.
